Chelsey Moon-Zamora

Chelsey Moon-Zamora is the owner of Luna Salon and Spa in Laramie, Wyoming, with over a decade of experience in the beauty industry. A licensed Nail, Waxing, and Microblading technician, she is passionate about providing high-quality services and staying current with the latest trends. After attending the Academy of Hair Design in Casper, Wyoming, and earning her Business Management degree from the University of Wyoming, Chelsey founded Luna Salon and Spa in 2014. What started as a small, two-stylist operation has grown into three locations with over 22 independent contractors. Dedicated to fostering a supportive, family-friendly environment, Chelsey takes pride in her business, her team, and her role as a wife and mother.

Fernando Zamora is the property manager for Luna Salon and Spa in Laramie, Wyoming, and a licensed real estate agent with Real Estate 1. Since he and his wife, Chelsey Moon-Zamora, opened Luna in 2014, Fernando has played a vital role in managing the salon’s properties and supporting the growth of the business. With a focus on ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a welcoming environment, Fernando’s dedication has been instrumental in helping Luna Salon and Spa expand to three locations with over 22 independent contractors. As a real estate agent, Fernando leverages his expertise in property management to deliver exceptional service to clients in the Laramie area.

I found my passion for Hairstyling from my older sister who was my mentor while I was in training. My passion today is fueled through education and trying new techniques in both cutting and color. My attention to detail was instilled from my education at an nontraditional school in Colorado and is a skill my clients appreciate.

In 2018 I studied in NYC and Calabasas, CA to receive my Master Color Expert certification from Wella Professionals. Last year I learned backstage styling from Aubry Loot at the Wella Studio in NYC and traveled to NYC twice more for backstage styling during Fashion Week. This year I am planning to travel back to CA for Craft Cutting in July. See you in my chair soon!

Megan Farmer-Hoskins

Megan has been a licensed nail technician since 2011. Her attention to detail and consistency has led to a very successful career. She continues her education to improve her skills and learn new techniques. Megan is loyal, reliable, and a rock here at Luna Salon and Spa.

MORGAN McConnell

Hello! My name is Morgan McConnell, I’ve been a local in Laramie for about twelve years now. Since I can remember, I have loved to chase current nail trends, and create my own. I’m beyond thrilled to take this position at Luna and meet you all!

Kayla Robbins

Making people feel beautiful inside and out is my passion! I am a licensed cosmetologist in Wyoming and Colorado. I graduated from the Aveda institute of Denver in January 2020. During my schooling I received high honors, was a stylist at New York fashion week, and took many extra curricular classes. 


I moved back to Laramie following graduation and began my apprenticeship and styling career. Following the birth of my daughter I decided to become my own boss and booth renter with Luna Salon and Spa! I am so excited for this next adventure. I love all hair colour applications including vibrants. When I’m not doing what I love for a living you can find me spending time with my family, my dogs and being a new mom! 


Whitnee Lopez

My name is Whitnee Lopez, I am a licensed esthetician who loves the art of lashing! As a little girl I always dreamed of working in the beauty industry and I have found my passion as a lash artist. I also have 3 beautiful kids whom are my biggest inspiration and a fiancé who is my biggest fan. I’m so excited to be at Luna Salon and to see you in my lash bed.

TRINITY BOULGER

My name is Trinity Boulger. I grew up in Craig Colorado where I found my passion for becoming a beautician. I have recently graduated from IBMC in Greeley with the honor of being on the Presidents list! I am excited to start my journey with Luna Salon and Spa here in Laramie!

I offer all hair services as well as lash extensions. But most importantly I look forward to seeing y’all in my chair!

Jen Vincent

Hello, my name is Jen. I started my career as a cosmetologist in Fort Collins. After school, I attended Toni & Guy/L’Oréal training and was a part of many fashion shows. I am a master colorist and also enjoy doing children’s haircuts—it brings me joy to give them their first experience in the chair!



Barbering was something I wanted to master in my career, and I’m grateful for the training and experience I’ve gained. I specialize in skin fades, men’s cuts, beard trims, sew-in extensions, color, highlights, perms, face waxing, and wash-and-sets. If anyone is homebound due to age or injury, I provide home services—something that is very close to my heart.


I have lived in Wyoming for 10 years, and I’m looking forward to calling Laramie home and getting to know the community.

My name is Kierra Osborne I'm a licensed esthetician based in Laramie, Wyoming, with a passion for enhancing your natural beauty. I recently graduated from Basics School of Beauty in Casper, Wyoming, and specialize in lashes, brows, waxing, and permanent jewelry. Whether you're here for a lash lift, brow shaping, or a unique piece of jewelry, I’m dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality care to help you look and feel your best. I’m also expanding my skills with an upcoming certification in advanced lash extension techniques to offer even more to my clients.

Hello! My name is Cheri. I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 2001. That makes for over 21 years of hair services for all ages and for the whole family. I love what I do because I love the relationship I get to build with my clients. If you are in my chair, I desire for you to feel loved and valued from the inside out. When I am not working at the beautiful Luna location on Grand, you may see me around town riding my motorcycle alongside my husband and/or hanging with my two boys. I look forward to getting to know you.

Hi, my name is Morgan George. I became a licensed cosmetologist in 2019! I am thrilled to be apart of the Luna team. I strive to meet everyone’s expectations with their hair! I am furthering my career in coloring and extensions, as I take more advanced classes. When I am not doing hair at Luna, I’m riding my horses and rodeoing! I am looking forward to helping people feel more beautiful!

Hello my loves, my name is Bailey Johnson. I am a Master Medical Aesthetician and PMU Artist. I recently just graduated from the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics in May. I am extremely passionate about my career. Being able to help beautiful people feel more confident in their skin is truly divine. That is why I specialize in all skincare, lash extensions and Microblading. I love customizing facials to specific skincare concerns, designing dreamy brows and lashing luscious lash extensions. My name is Jordan Johnson, and I’ve been a stylist for over 15 years. Originally from Fayetteville, Arkansas, I moved to Laramie in January 2025 to join my fiancé. In 2023, I became a certified Trichologist to help individuals struggling with hair loss by identifying its root cause and providing tailored solutions to promote natural hair regrowth.


I specialize in natural curly hair cutting, corrective color, blonding, and bridal hair styling.
