Chelsey Moon-Zamora
Chelsey Moon-Zamora is the proud owner of Luna Salon & Spa in Laramie, Wyoming, with more than a decade of experience in the beauty industry. A licensed Nail, Waxing, and Microblading technician, she is passionate about providing high-quality services and staying ahead of the latest trends.
After completing her training at the Academy of Hair Design in Casper and earning a Business Management degree from the University of Wyoming, Chelsey opened Luna Salon & Spa in 2014. What began as a small two-stylist space has since expanded into three thriving locations filled with talented independent professionals.
Chelsey is dedicated to fostering a supportive, family-friendly environment where her team and clients feel truly valued. She takes pride not only in the growth of her business, but also in her roles as a mentor, wife, and mother—balancing entrepreneurship with her deep commitment to family and community.
Fernando Zamora

Fernando Zamora is the property manager for Luna Salon and Spa in Laramie, Wyoming, and a licensed real estate agent with Real Estate 1. Since he and his wife, Chelsey Moon-Zamora, opened Luna in 2014, Fernando has played a vital role in managing the salon’s properties and supporting the growth of the business. With a focus on ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a welcoming environment, Fernando’s dedication has been instrumental in helping Luna Salon and Spa expand to three locations with over 22 independent contractors. As a real estate agent, Fernando leverages his expertise in property management to deliver exceptional service to clients in the Laramie area.
Megan Dreyer
Megan has been a licensed nail technician since 2011. Her attention to detail and consistency has led to a very successful career. She continues her education to improve her skills and learn new techniques. Megan is loyal, reliable, and a rock here at Luna Salon and Spa.
Kayla Robbins
Making people feel beautiful inside and out is my passion! I am a licensed cosmetologist in Wyoming and Colorado. I graduated from the Aveda institute of Denver in January 2020. During my schooling I received high honors, was a stylist at New York fashion week, and took many extra curricular classes.
I moved back to Laramie following graduation and began my apprenticeship and styling career. Following the birth of my daughter I decided to become my own boss and booth renter with Luna Salon and Spa! I am so excited for this next adventure. I love all hair colour applications including vibrants. When I’m not doing what I love for a living you can find me spending time with my family, my dogs and being a new mom!
Jen Vincent
Hello, my name is Jen. I started my career as a cosmetologist in Fort Collins. After school, I attended Toni & Guy/L’Oréal training and was a part of many fashion shows. I am a master colorist and also enjoy doing children’s haircuts—it brings me joy to give them their first experience in the chair!
Barbering was something I wanted to master in my career, and I’m grateful for the training and experience I’ve gained. I specialize in skin fades, men’s cuts, beard trims, sew-in extensions, color, highlights, perms, face waxing, and wash-and-sets. If anyone is homebound due to age or injury, I provide home services—something that is very close to my heart.
I have lived in Wyoming for 10 years, and I’m looking forward to calling Laramie home and getting to know the community.

My name is Kierra Osborne I'm a licensed esthetician based in Laramie, Wyoming, with a passion for enhancing your natural beauty. I recently graduated from Basics School of Beauty in Casper, Wyoming, and specialize in lashes, brows, waxing, and permanent jewelry. Whether you're here for a lash lift, brow shaping, or a unique piece of jewelry, I’m dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality care to help you look and feel your best. I’m also expanding my skills with an upcoming certification in advanced lash extension techniques to offer even more to my clients.

Hey, I’m Connor Kathleen! My passion for hair is in creating effortless, low-maintenance styles that complement my clients’ lifestyles; while also offering advanced services like high-impact blonding. My main priority is to help you reach your hair goals and feel your most confident, beautiful self!
I specialize in both women’s haircuts and men’s scissor cuts, and I’m certified in Tape-In and I-Tip extensions to provide personalized solutions for different hair types and needs.

I began my career in Dallas, Texas, under the guidance of Guy Mascolo of Toni & Guy. With Toni & Guy, I modeled in international hair shows and trained to become an expert in color, corrective color, razor cutting, and styling.
