Helpful Waxing Preparation

Exfoliate

Use a mild scrub or brush to exfoliate the skin to be waxed at least a day before. This will remove dead skin cells and loosen ingrown hairs.

Clean

It’s no secret that clean skin is the best skin for waxing. Make sure your skin is freshly washes before waxing for best results.

Dry

After washing, it’s important that your skin is dry. Wax won’t stick to wet skin and hair, so be sure to rid your skin of moisture.

Cut Hair

Your hair should be no longer than a 1/4 inch in length before waxing. Long hair will make for a difficult and painful waxing session.
